Jumping Frogs Toddlers

In our Toddler Room, children aged 2 to 3½ years, grow and develop many skills, focusing on self-help skills. Children are encouraged to be themselves whilst learning through different stages of play.

Throughout the year, we learn about various topics, scaffolding from children's interests, family input, and our local community.

Randall Johncock is the very caring and thoughtful owner of Walkley Heights Child Centre. As a parent I looked at four other child care centres and was not impressed by them at all. I heard Walkley Heights was opening around October 2003, so I rang and put my daughter's name on the list, went for an interview, as soon as I walked in, I knew this was the place for my daughter. Very clean and tidy place I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I liked how they cooked on the premises; menu was always out on the board. Everything was supplied within the Centre and my daughter loved bringing home drawings and crafts. Janet and Randall decorate the Centre for special occasions and always looks lovely. Overall, my child was at the Centre for three years and I knew when I left her, she would be in very good hands!
